Custom Field Manager is hosted entirely by Atlassian on Atlassian infrastructure. We don’t have access to that infrastructure.
Custom Field Manager does not collect and store any personal info about users when you install an app on your Jira Cloud instance.
Any configuration data are stored only on your Jira Cloud instance and we don’t have access to that data.
No information regarding configurations made in your installed Custom Field Manager is sent to us.
Atlassian provides us with certain technical contact and billing contact information via Sales API when you install the app. For more details please read Atlassian's privacy policy.
